AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run non-profit organization that promotes leadership development through cross-cultural exchanges. Founded in 1946, AIESEC is partnered with the UN to help them achieve their Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), such as Quality Education and Climate Action. With Local Committees around the world, they send participants abroad to partake in 6 week volunteer programs that are focused on one of the SDGs. Their operations have been impacted by COVID, but they are processing applications for global volunteer programs (with reinforced safety measures), in preparation for the future.
